Bourguignonne Bouillon for Fondue

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 cans beef consommé
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar
  • 2 shallots
  • a bit of thyme and oregano
  • salt and pepper

 

Mix and let simmer for 20 minutes.
