Salmon Steaks

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 6 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Ancestral vinegar
  • ½ tsp. garlic juice
  • juice from ½ lime
  • ½ tsp. cayenne
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. dill

 

Pour half of the oil into a frying pan. In a bowl, mix the rest of the oil with the remaining ingredients. Coat fish generously with mixture. Cook steaks for 4 to 5 minutes each side, depending on their thickness.
