Home Style Ketchup

INGREDIENTS
  • 20 green tomatoes
  • 10 onions
  • ⅓ cup salt
  • 6 cucumbers, peeled
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 red peppers
  • 5 cups Ancestral vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp. pickling spices in a pouch
Chop tomatoes, add salt and let stand for 12 hours. Chop cucumbers, onions, cauliflower and seeded peppers. Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil. Let cook until vegetables become tender. Remove pouch and seal in sterilized jars.
