Preparation
In a microwave-safe dish, combine the gelatin with 120 ml (about ½ cup) of water and let soften for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, purée the strawberries with a hand mixer in a bowl.
In another bowl, purée de peaches with a hand mixer.
Heat the gelatin for 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, until fully dissolved.
In a saucepan, mix the strawberry purée with half the apple cider vinegar and half the sugar. In another saucepan, mix the peaches purée with the rest of the apple cider vinegar and sugar. Bring both preparations to a boil while stirring with a wooden spoon.
Divide the gelatin among both saucepans and stir. Heat for one minute while skimming the foam with a small ladle.
Fill small apple-shaped silicone moulds with each gummies mix. Let cool and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Remove gummies from moulds.
