Preparation

  • Chop tomatoes, add salt and let stand for 12 hours.

  • Chop cucumbers, onions, cauliflower and seeded peppers. 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.

  • Let cook until vegetables become tender. 

  • Remove pouch of spices and seal in sterilized jars.
