Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Preparation

  • Brown the meat in a little bit of olive oil on medium heat until no longer pink inside. 

  • Add vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. 

  • Add the olive oil, the red wine, the vinegar, the basil and let simmer uncovered for 2 hours until thickened.

  • Salt and pepper to taste.
