$1,000 Grocery Giveaway (the “Contest”)

Contest begins October 15, 2020 and ends December 11, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT) (the “Contest Period”)

Les Aliments Nutram and I-D Foods Corporation (the “Sponsors”)

1. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to: www.vinaigreancestral.com/promotions.

You must fully complete the official Contest entry form. Once you have completed the form, you must confirm that you have read and agree to the official Contest rules, then click the “submit” button.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on December 11, 2020, to be considered valid.

Limit one entry per person during the Contest Period. You may not submit more than one entry per email address, and you may use only one email address to enter the Contest. Any person who submits or attempts to submit more than one entry per person or per email address or who uses any robotic, automated, mechanical or electronic duplication method, or any other method not authorized by these rules will be deemed to have attempted fraud or manipulation and will be automatically disqualified.

Only entries submitted online via the official Contest entry form will be eligible for the Contest. Entries sent by mail or delivered in person will not be accepted.

By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the official Contest rules and general conditions and to consider all decisions related to the Contest as final and binding. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have attained the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the Contest start date, with the exception of employees of Les Aliments Nutram, I-D Foods Corporation and their affiliates, and their immediate family members (parent, sibling, child), as well as anyone living in the same household as someone ineligible for the Contest.

3. RANDOM PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION

On December 14, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. (noon), the winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place at the I-D Foods Corporation headquarters, at 1800 Autoroute Laval, Laval, Québec H7S 2E7.

The first entry drawn will be declared the Contest winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described in these rules.

The winner will be notified by telephone or email within three business days of the draw. The winner will be required to claim their prize according to the Sponsors’ instructions within five days of the date they were first contacted.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within five days of the first contact attempt, or if the winner declines the prize or does not return the duly completed acknowledgment and release form, then that entrant will automatically be disqualified and the Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE (1)

The first entrant drawn will be declared the winner of a $1,000 cash prize.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

5.1 Each entrant may use only one email address to enter the contest, and this email address may not be used to submit entries for more than one person, even if the email address is shared by multiple people. Entrants who use more than one email address to enter the contest will be disqualified and any prized won will be confiscated, at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. If the identity of a participant is contested, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the email account used to submit the entry. For the purposes of these conditions, the “authorized holder” of the account is the natural person to whom the email address was assigned by an internet service provider, an online service provider, or any other entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. Group entries are not permitted.

5.2 The winner must sign an acknowledgement and release form declaring their eligibility for the Contest, in accordance with the conditions in section 2 of these rules, in which they consent to the use of their name, image and/or voice without compensation to promote the Contest and release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates, as well as their directors, officers and employees, from and for all liability for damage, personal injury, death or loss of any kind that may result from the winner’s participation in this contest or from the issuance, acceptance or use of the prize awarded.

5.3 If applicable, the person accompanying the winner, or, if they are a minor, their parent or guardian, must complete an acknowledgement and release form in which they consent to the use of their name, image and/or voice without compensation to promote the Contest and release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates, as well as their directors, officers and employees, from and for all liability for damages, injuries, death or losses of any kind that may result from the winner’s participation in this contest or from the issuance, acceptance or use of the prize awarded.

5.4 The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged, converted to cash, sold or transferred. No substitutions may be made. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

5.5 If the prize cannot be awarded exactly as described in these rules, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of approximately equal value, at their sole discretion.

5.6 Refusal to accept a prize releases the Sponsors from any obligation to the winner of this prize.

5.7 False declaration of any kind on the part of an entrant will result in automatic disqualification from the Contest.

5.8 The Sponsors disclaim all liability for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, including, but not limited to: i) lost, stolen, late, damaged, misdirected, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; ii) loss, theft or loss of integrity of software or computer or telephone data, including privacy breaches; iii) fraudulent calls; iv) the inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason whatsoever, including mailing or email address errors, computer or telephone malfunctions or any other problems with the operation of online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software, congestion problems on the Internet or any other website, or any combination of the foregoing; v) damage caused to any person's computer equipment, including damage resulting from the use or downloading of any Contest-related content; vi) any delay or inability to act due to an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute at their place of business or at the places of business of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold the Contest; and vii) loss, damage or misdirection of prizes during delivery.

5.9 The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Contest if a virus, bug or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors compromises the security or disrupts the administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to interfere with the legitimate operation of this Contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil law. If applicable, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek recourse by any legal means at their disposal, including seeking damages or seeking redress under the Criminal Code.

5.10 Personal information provided by entrants, including names and contact information, will be collected solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and will not be used for any other purposes without their consent. By providing such information, the entrant agrees to its use for the purposes described herein.

5.11 The Sponsors do not rent, trade or sell the personal information of entrants. However, once the information is transmitted over the Internet, the Sponsors cannot be held responsible for the use of that data by a third party.

5.12 In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized holder of the email address associated with the entry at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized holder of the email address associated with the entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email address. For the purposes of determining the eligibility of an entry, the date and time an entry is submitted will be determined solely by the Contest server.

5.13 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, damaged or irregular entries; entries submitted through illicit means; entries submitted by automated or robotic methods that artificially inflate the odds of winning; or entries that do not strictly comply with the Contest rules. The Sponsors disclaim all responsibility for errors or omissions in the printing of materials or advertising related to the Contest.

5.14 The Sponsors reserve the right to amend the Contest rules or withdraw the Contest at any time, without liability to the entrants. In the event that the Contest rules are amended, the updated rules will be posted on the following website: www.vinaigreancestral.com/promotions.

5.15 By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, who will be responsible for their application. All decisions of the Sponsors are final and binding.

5.17 Any dispute as to the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be brought to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Disputes as to the awarding of a prize may be brought to the Régie only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.
