Hawaiian Salad

Preparation

  • Mix chicken, pineapple, celery and nuts in a large bowl. 

  • In another bowl, prepare sauce by mixing mayonnaise, curry powder and vinegar. 

  • Stir mayonnaise into first mixture. 

  • Cover a plate with lettuce leaves and lay out salad. Sprinkle with chives.
