Chicken Wings

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, mix the ketchup, smoked paprika, onion, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar. Salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat while occasionally stirring. Remove from heat and let cool. 

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with half the sauce. Cover and let marinate for 2 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. 

  • Dans un bol, mélanger les ailes de poulet avec la moitié de la sauce. Couvrir et laisser mariner de 2 à 8 heures au frais. Meanwhile, store the remainder of the sauce in the refrigerator. 

  • At time of cooking, preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F).

  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the chicken wings. Cook in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes while flipping them over halfway, until no longer pink inside. 

  • Heat the sauce in a saucepan on low heat for a few minutes. 

  • Serve chicken wings with the sauce.
