Preparation
In a saucepan, mix the ketchup, smoked paprika, onion, vinegar, garlic and brown sugar. Salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat while occasionally stirring. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with half the sauce. Cover and let marinate for 2 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

At time of cooking, preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the chicken wings. Cook in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes while flipping them over halfway, until no longer pink inside.
Heat the sauce in a saucepan on low heat for a few minutes.
Serve chicken wings with the sauce.
